We take Customers Freight Order but same time we ask customer what other jobs they have associated with that particular Freight movement.
Sometime they are using ABC and D where A handle Logistics part and B is Transport company and so on.
We provide customer all in solution in House. To give an idea her is an example of customer that need full package A Customer need his Freight to be Picked ASAP but then need it stored and then shipped from US to Canada.
Our Logistics team will get all shipment details and pass on requirements and instructions about customer info to Transport Dispatch team. Team will assign a local city truck/unit to do pickup per customer need and bring for storage to our Fully Secured Warehouse or if it stays in Trailer then keep Trailer in Fully secured CTPAT approved yard. Based on delivery requirements Highway dispatch assign Highway truck and Drivers and Custom clearance team kicks in to ensure Freight is cleared to cross border and everything is done via EDI online portals. If shipment is bonded we use our own BOND and close at port of entry. Highway drivers complete delivery per customer need and provide proof of Customs stamp documents and Receiver signed delivery receipt / BOL.
This whole above procedure is transparent to customer through entire team. A work order is generated with Customers own REF# for each shipment and Customers will have tracking info throughout move with Live updates from Trailer every 5 seconds. Automated emails when truck clear customs and complete delv are sent to customer.
